Innovage – Experience creates the future

The “Innovage” movement contributes to solving social challenges with experiential knowledge – because the will to make a difference knows no age limit. As a bridge between the rich professional and life experience of retired leaders and professionals and non-profit organizations of all kinds, Innovage works throughout Switzerland to ensure that valuable knowledge is not lost, but used in a targeted manner for the benefit of the community. Organized into nine regional networks, Innovage has over 150 retired executives who are involved in the project on a pro bono, professional and dedicated basis.

The comprehensive range of services extends from the founding of non-profit organizations to strategy development and financial planning, as well as legal and personnel-related issues. Thanks to the diverse biographies and professional backgrounds of its members, Innovage can offer a wide range of consulting and other services. Each project is treated individually with great care: From the precise analysis of the request to the careful composition of a competent project team. Innovage projects are as varied as the challenges they address and can last from a few months to 2-3 years. The focus is on the idea that sharing experience and knowledge is a benefit not only for the individual, but for society as a whole.
