Center for Foundation Law

The Centre for Foundation Law at the University of Zurich (UZH) is an institution with an international profile that specialises in research and teaching in the field of foundation law. It offers students, researchers and foundation practitioners a point of contact, launches research projects, publications and events and provides a communication platform for academia and foundation practitioners (founders, foundation boards, advisors, supervisory authorities, politicians and legislators, etc.), for example at the Zürcher Stiftungsrechtstag. Through its expertise and activities, the Centre contributes to the development and promotion of foundations in Switzerland and abroad.
